Labor and Employment Associate We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate to join our dynamic and growing Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration practice group in San Francisco. Support the California practice in employment litigation reputed company, including trial work and defending wage and hour claims and class actions. ? Handle transactional employment work, including drafting agreements, EEOC/DFEH responses, witness interviews, and depositions. ? Counsel employers on compliance, draft policies, and assist with employment training programs. ? Support in traditional labor relations reputed company. Requirements: ? 3-6 years of employment litigation experience and a strong desire for trial work ? Transactional employment work experience ? Academic reputed company and excellent writing skills ? Admission to the California Bar ? Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: ? Wage and hour class actions ? Drafting policies and assisting with training programs ?
