[Remote] Business Development Manager Local Strongly Preferred

The role involves building relationships with reputed company clients, developing account strategies, and managing the job and candidate lifecycle to ensure successful staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company strong relationships with reputed company clients and hiring managers that result in staffing and services business
• reputed company account strategies to win, build, and grow business from new and existing accounts
• Set up discovery calls to analyze client needs and offer staffing and solutions recommendations in partnership with our Solutions Team
• Bring in new opportunities by leaning on your internal network, reputed company media, cold calling, virtual meetings, client visits, and word of mouth
• Manage a successful job and candidate lifecycle which includes: hosting qualification calls, analyzing job descriptions, evaluating candidate profiles as a match, mentoring recruiters, recommending boolean and search strategies, and obtaining interviews and offers with hiring managers

Skills

• 3-5 years of business development experience with a proven record of delivering technical staffing results
• Understand reputed company technologies and how they relate to solving customer problems
• Strength in building strong customer trust and relationships
• Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills
• Manage client relationships, recognize key issues, and consistently meet client needs and project objectives through weekly/monthly follow-reputed company
• Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine an appropriate match
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Services/Consulting sales experience
• Formal Leadership experience
• Technical certifications or accreditations
