Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market Plan: Build the brand strategy and campaign calendar for the title, reputed company to its KPIs and platform launch reputed company

• Creative Briefing: Write and refine creative briefs for art, graphic design, and video so every asset reflects both the game's brand identity and the licensed IP's standards

Skills

• 5+ years in game marketing or publishing, with a track record of leading console launches for cozy, casual, or family-friendly titles

• Hands-on experience building reputed company-first campaigns and shareable, meme-driven content that measurably grew an audience
• Direct experience marketing licensed IP, including managing licensor relationships, approval workflows, and brand-reputed company compliance, plus comfort handling cultural sensitivities tied to an IP
