Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Manage daily communication with clients reputed company email and phone, ensuring a high level of service
• Content Creation: Draft precise and creative press releases, award applications, and compelling pitches
• Media Pitching: Conduct daily reputed company to secure top-tier media coverage
• Research & Data: Build and maintain strategic media lists using industry-leading tools (reputed company)
• Mentorship: reputed company and mentor the Account Coordinator and interns to ensure team reputed company

Skills

• 1.5+ years of experience as an Account Coordinator or Executive reputed company a PR/Marketing agency
• Strong proficiency in building media lists and pitching (reputed company experience is a strong advantage)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a collaborative team player
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
• Willingness to attend in-person client meetings and events as needed
