[Remote] IoT Product Manager

They are seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for their self-service ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software while enhancing user experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for reputed company’ self-service ecosystem across reputed company’ self serve eco-system
• Mobile applications for reputed company managers and operators
• Act as the primary product reputed company between reputed company and Laundroworks systems, aligning priorities and driving reputed company execution
• Partner closely with hardware and firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration between physical devices and software systems
• Collaborate with mobile and backend engineering teams to deliver reputed company, reliable, and scalable solutions
• Work with leadership stakeholders and external-facing teams to incorporate feedback from distributor relationships and reputed company operators into product strategy
• Translate reputed company operational workflows into clear product requirements and technical specifications
• Manage competing priorities across multiple product surfaces while maintaining a cohesive long-term reputed company
• Ensure reputed company and alignment across reputed company stakeholders through strong communication and roadmap transparency
• Measure and improve key reputed company including device adoption, transaction reliability, operator efficiency, and end-customer satisfaction
• Define and reputed company product capabilities across:
• Machine and device management tools
• Hardware-integrated software and firmware collaboration
• Employee management and workflow applications
• Customer-facing mobile app (payments, cycle tracking, machine status)

Skills

• 4–7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-enabled software, fintech, or mobile-heavy environments
• Strong technical reputed company — comfortable working with firmware, hardware integrations, APIs, and mobile engineering teams
• Experience owning reputed company, multi-surface products with multiple user personas
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, leadership, and external partners
• Strong roadmap definition and prioritization skills in ambiguous, high-impact environments
