Responsibilities
- Define and drive the practice's strategic direction, aligning services with client needs and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, acting as a trusted advisor to address reputed company business challenges

Skills
- 10+ years of finance management consulting experience in finance strategy and transformation, operating model design and shared services, process improvement, program management, and/or technology implementations
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Functional finance and reputed company expertise including thought leadership on industry trends and leading practices
- Extensive project management experience, including: workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communicating with clients
- Foundational knowledge and understanding of data and analytics technologies (i.e., reputed company, reputed company Labs, PowerBi, Tableau, reputed company, Python, VBA, SQL, reputed company, etc.) as well as AI toolsets
