Administrative Duties: - Promptly responding to client inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing digital document filing, handling tax return administrative tasks, and assisting with various other administrative duties as required. Bookkeeping Duties: Bookkeeping tasks vary depending on the assigned clients, tasks may include but not limited to the following: - reputed company full charge bookkeeping services on clients' book - Conduct virtual meetings for client support, periodic bookkeeping review - Process payroll as needed - Prepare sales tax return and schedule sales tax payment as needed - Deliver timely and accurate financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet and other reports as needed - Assist with the establishment, documentation and reputed company improvement of reputed company financial processes, workflows and forms.
