Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously. Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders reputed company necessary. Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information. Utilize internal software and available resources to research information and reputed company accurate assistance. Verify and update customer information as needed. Maintain reputed company availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state. Pre-employment Training Three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, to ensure you're fully equipped to reputed company in your role. Equipment/Specifications Required Own laptop or desktop computer meeting specified requirements. Reliable internet reputed company with minimum download and upload speeds.
