[Remote] Marketing Manager

Modrn Agency is a growing agency focused on building client acquisition systems for SaaS companies, agencies, and B2B service businesses. They are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager who will own client relationships after launch, reputed company optimization calls, and analyze performance data to guide improvements.
Responsibilities
- Leading client optimization calls every couple of weeks, with more attention for the clients who need it
- Walking clients through their funnel and ad performance, and spotting where things are converting or dropping off
- Reviewing A/B tests and deciding what's working, what to cut, and what to test next
- Diagnosing the next move and directing the next round of testing
- Passing winning ads to our creative team and briefing the next round
- Keeping our clients confident, in the reputed company, and happy with their results
Skills
- Strong, high-level understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing
- Experience with reputed company ads, funnels, and conversion reputed company optimization
- Comfortable turning performance data into clear recommendations
- Confident leading client-facing calls
- Experience running or working inside a marketing agency is a big plus
- Familiarity with Perspective and GoHighLevel is a plus, not required
