They are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Associate to support sales productivity, CRM administration, reporting, data reputed company, and process optimization across their reputed company organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the reputed company administration team by providing day-to-day support for the sales organization and helping maintain CRM processes and functionality
  • Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and basic system configuration
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot reputed company issues and reputed company timely support to end users
  • Maintain CRM data quality through audits, cleanup initiatives, and governance processes
  • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Help document and improve sales processes and operational workflows
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for sales and reputed company leadership
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and reputed company actionable insights
  • Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy across key systems
  • Support reputed company analysis and operational projects as needed
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to align data and processes
  • Assist with system integrations, process improvements, and technology initiatives
  • Participate in operational projects that support company growth and scalability

Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration, or reputed company field
  • Hands-on experience administering reputed company (certification not required)
  • Strong proficiency with reputed company
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using Tableau to analyze dashboards and reports
