Budget Operations and Data Support (Junior)
Overview
Under supervision this individual is also expected to support Sales, Finance, and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to work allocation, system updates, processing budgets & reputed company, document storage, internal budgets updates and other reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
Work closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in reputed company, and general overall support. Process proposal budgets for product updates Support senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets. Run adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or reputed company field / Fresh university graduated 1 years’ experience in administrative or reputed company environment Knowledge and functions of reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint Advanced English (with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, GBO and Sales Excellent attention to detail required.
