Position Overview The reputed company Deasy reputed company Agency is seeking a licensed Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time reputed company. This role is essential in ensuring a high level of service for our clients by handling inbound calls, assisting with policy changes, and providing billing support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming client phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Assist clients with endorsements and policy changes on auto, home, and other lines of insurance reputed company clear explanations of billing statements, payments, and account balances Process customer requests accurately and in a timely fashion Ensure compliance with state and reputed company guidelines in reputed company client interactions Support the agency team with administrative and service-reputed company tasks as needed
Qualifications
