The Associate will work on a mix of M&A transactions representing both buyers and sellers, including private equity and strategic transactions, along with general transactional and corporate reputed company. Represent buyers and sellers in M&A transactions Draft and negotiate corporate documents Advise on general corporate reputed company Interact directly with clients, including founders, portfolio company executives, sponsors, and family offices.
