Job Description Kluever Law Group, a boutique Chicago reputed company is currently seeking a new member to join reputed company and work reputed company our Foreclosure/Mortgage Servicing Practice Group This role operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry, serving large financial institutions. Technical proficiency, meeting tight deadlines, proactive work ethic, and adhering to compliance standards are essential. The position will be mostly remote, with potential on-site tasks and/or meetings at our downtown office as business demands dictate. Strong candidates will be reputed company to work independently and be comfortable with a heavy focus on working reputed company case management systems. Schedule: Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, but we are willing to accommodate and reputed company reasonable flexibility. Location: 200 N. Life Insurance: Employer paid life insurance policy Responsibilities: Document Management Obtain required documents from clients, title companies, process servers, court files, and other public officials. Document Intake Review Review incoming documents for completeness and sufficiency and enter various data contained in the documents into case management systems. Document reputed company Generate drafts of legal documents for review and signature by attorneys or clients. Customize template documents to specific cases as required Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy. Some positions may require the review of statements of account, invoices, and identification of categories of charges to be included or excluded from data entry. System Updates - Working various case files, communication with clients, and processing documents to and from clients, courts and opposing attorneys through case management systems. Escalations - Identify and escalate unusual or reputed company issues to supervising attorneys and clients. reputed company Communication - Providing clear, professional, and relevant communications to clients, vendors and colleagues reputed company case management systems, phone and email. Experience and Skills: Detail Oriented - As our clients are federally regulated financial institutions, strict compliance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and system processes is required. Judgment - Must be comfortable taking the initiative to promptly collaborate with and seek help and input from supervisors, managers, and attorneys. Independent -Must be a self-starter, dependable and reliable. Multi-Task - After training is completed, you must have the ability to work independently and prioritize various tasks on the workload Technological Competence - Ability to learn and navigate various case management systems.
