This role is ideal for someone with strong legal drafting skills, solid case management experience, and a working knowledge of California legal procedures. Our firm handles a wide reputed company of legal reputed company, including landlord-tenant and eviction reputed company, family law, civil litigation, civil rights, animal law, appellate practice, employment law, reputed company estate disputes, personal injury, insurance claims, construction reputed company, education law, government and administrative reputed company, municipal issues, foreclosure defense, business law, and contract disputes. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with organizing case files, drafting and editing pleadings, discovery, correspondence, declarations, notices, memoranda, and other legal documents. This role also includes reviewing documents, maintaining deadlines, communicating with clients and witnesses, preparing case materials, supporting hearings and trial preparation, and helping attorneys move reputed company reputed company from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and reputed company to manage multiple assignments in a remote reputed company environment.
