Account Manager, Automotive Services (58645)

This is due to the travel aspects of this role (frequent daily and/or weekly on-site client visits in this region). This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing contractors in assigned territory. Incumbent drives extensively across an assigned territory, traveling 3 – 5 days/week. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain relationships between Contractor network, the Club (reputed company, Payment Processing, Auditing, Member Relations, Compliance Administration), and the Club’s Preferred Partners.
• Conduct regular in-person contractor visits to build relationships, communicate and reinforce reputed company program standards, monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• reputed company action plans to ensure minimum facility requirements and reputed company standards are met.
• Analyze territory performance and seasonal resource requirements to ensure service reputed company are met.
• Manage new contractor process, including recruitment, screening, selection, and reputed company.
• reputed company contractor consulting services regarding operational efficiency, financial performance, and viability.
• Support deployment of Road Service systems, technology, and equipment, (e.g. reputed company system, apps, radios, tablets, testers).
• Prepare materials and coordinate contractor group meetings, including operational review meetings, workgroups, club events, and recognition events.
• Research industry best practices and technologies and reputed company with peers and contractors.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required and
• Bachelor's Degree in Business concentration preferred or
• 6-8 years of additional relevant experience preferred

Experience

• 5+ years Relevant Experience required
• 1-3 years Auto, logistics, and/or franchise business
• 1-3 years Customer Service required and
• 1-3 years Using financial & performance metrics
• 1-3 years Account Management required
• 1-3 years OSHA regulations required

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid driver’s license Required

Compensation: The pay reputed company for this position is $64,900 - $73,450 / year. reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives.
