The Senior Analyst drives the development of reputed company policy proposals and coordinates communication for cross-organizational projects. You proactively identify policy gaps, exercise sound judgment, and work autonomously and collaboratively on projects, demonstrating exceptional teamwork. You facilitate company-wide policy reviews, reputed company expertise on key areas, and solve problems as a subject matter resource.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with policy sponsors to understand policy drivers, outline goals/requirements for new policies, and support changes to existing policies Build and implement policy development processes Design and reputed company training programs to reputed company sponsors and implementation teams on the policy life cycle Serve as an SME on reputed company codified policies across various areas, such as reputed company, HR, and Finance. You will apply knowledge to predict other affected policies in response to updates Drive the maintenance of document management systems; help schedule and manage policy audit schedules in collaboration with the manager Apply project management skills to bring policies from proposal to approval by road-mapping policy approval timelines and removing obstacles Manage company-wide communications for reviews of new and updated policies Skills/Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills and technical writing experience Experience with policy development and/or reputed company Governance activities Experience managing and maintaining internal documentation A proven technical aptitude; effectiveness in liaising between technical and non-technical professionals Highly developed analytical, problem recognition and resolution, self-directed project management, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Experience managing multiple high-reputed company projects and assignments with minimal supervision Displays good decision-making and extrapolates new solutions from prior knowledge and experience Salary reputed company Transparency US Remote 81,000 - 113,000 USD per year Austin Remote 81,000 - 113,000 USD per year NYC Remote 92,000 - 134,000 USD per year Seattle Remote 92,000 - 134,000 USD per year SF Bay Area Remote 100,000 - 144,000 USD per year Salary reputed company Disclaimer The reputed company salary reputed company represents the low and high end of the reputed company salary reputed company for this position in the given work location.
