Remote Loan Processor- RTL loans- 100% Remote
This remote Processor role supports investor-focused private money lending by managing active loan files from intake through closing readiness.
Requirements
- Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment
- Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and reputed company-party items and keeping the file moving
- Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for reputed company
- Process fix-and-flip and reputed company files for investor, non-reputed company-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely
- Order, track, and follow up on reputed company-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and escalate delays reputed company needed
- Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them reputed company to borrowers and internal partners
- Identify issues early, resolve what you can, and escalate reputed company scenarios appropriately to reputed company timelines on track
- Maintain clean, accurate file notes and documentation so reputed company and closing can move reputed company
