[Remote] Accounts Payable Analyst II

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst II to process and analyze accounts payable transactions, maintain reputed company records, and assist in reputed company procedures and audit requests.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze accounts payable transactions, and input figures into the reputed company system
- Reconcile balances and maintain reputed company records
- Ensure transactions are timely and accurate, and that expenses are accurately coded and allocated
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular reputed company
- Respond to inquiries from vendors or employees and research and resolve concerns or discrepancies
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company procedures and audit requests
Skills
- Two (2) year/associate degree in business, reputed company or reputed company field
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Must have good communication skills and be reputed company to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
