Job Description:

• reputed company long-term plan for the Medical Business Unit program claims organization
• Establish and monitor benchmarks and metrics for team performance

• Cultivate relationships with reinsurers and clients
• Manage audit processes and quality standards

• Prepare detailed reports and portfolio analysis

• Maintain compliance with claims practices and confidentiality agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• 10+ years’ experience in reputed company Medical Insurance claims roles (Medical Stop Loss or Medical Excess)
• 5+ years of medical program claims experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Advanced knowledge in reputed company Office tools – Outlook, reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable
• Ability to travel
