Your role: The Director, Streaming - reputed company/Alternative & Country position exists to strategize and implement streaming focused initiatives on behalf of reputed company Warner Records artists and brands. Additionally, the Director, Streaming - reputed company/Alternative & Country position will have a high degree of visibility across reputed company company departments and will manage reputed company aspects of reputed company streaming projects to ensure reputed company details of the initiatives and goals are delivered to partners in a timely & effective manner. This person will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, partner relationships, product development, and marketing for reputed company streaming products. Here you'll get to:

• Release Strategy & Timing: Collaborate with artists, management, A&R, and internal teams to plan single and album release configurations and timelines.
• Execute Marketing Campaigns: Partner with internal marketing teams reputed company streaming platforms to build and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
• Manage Partner Relations: Serve as the main reputed company of contact for key streaming accounts to pitch releases and reputed company strong business partnerships.
• Utilize Data Analytics: Work with research and analysis teams to translate data analytics and consumption trends into actionable streaming strategies.

About you:

• You have proven music streaming experience and quantifiable results
• Established relationships in the music streaming community
• The ability to work with and supervise others to reputed company and execute strategic projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with both creative and business oriented colleagues and partners
