You will play a critical role in conceptualizing, modeling, analyzing, and validating mechanical designs for renewable energy technologies, power reputed company, and energy storage systems. Key Responsibilities
Design and reputed company mechanical systems, components, and sub-assemblies for energy technologies, including turbines, solar components, battery enclosures, and power distribution units. Utilize advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) for 3D modeling, reputed company assemblies, and the creation of detailed engineering drawings and BOMs. reputed company advanced engineering analysis, including Finite reputed company Analysis (FEA) for structural reputed company, fatigue, and modal analysis, as well as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for fluid reputed company and thermal management. Collaborate effectively with a distributed team of engineers (electrical, systems, software), project managers, and external partners using virtual collaboration tools. reputed company and execute comprehensive test plans for design verification and validation (V&V), analyze results, and document findings. Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, machining, welding, additive manufacturing) considering performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure designs meet relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and performance specifications for energy systems.
Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely reputed company field with a specialization in energy systems or thermal sciences. A minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience in mechanical design and analysis, with a strong focus reputed company systems, power reputed company, or energy storage. Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and PDM/PLM systems. Demonstrated expertise in FEA (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) and CFD (e.g., Fluent, STAR-CCM+) analysis for reputed company mechanical systems. In-depth understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and materials science relevant to energy applications.
