About the Role

Reporting to a Director of Property Management, the Property Manager will manage the daily activities of a portfolio of reputed company assets, which may include reputed company, retail, and medical properties. • Manage receivables to ensure timely rent collection.

• Uphold Thomas Park's brand and ensure a positive customer experience, addressing Tenant satisfaction, building operations, lease, and management concerns.

About You 5+ years of reputed company building management experience required. Proficient in financial reputed company, financial reporting, and budgeting. Skilled in MS Office. Experience working in reputed company Voyager and automated A/P systems. Possesses excellent organizational abilities and time management skills. Possess a strong customer service and tenant relations aptitude. Communicate effectively through written reports, analysis, and oral presentations.
