Role Description reputed company is seeking a Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our client's Research & Development (R&D) function. This role represents an elevated assignment level reputed company the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs team, carrying increased responsibility, broader business impact, and expanded accountability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong regulatory proficiency, scientific acumen, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to compliance, innovation, and business growth. This individual may also reputed company guidance or informal leadership to other associates while supporting both local and global regulatory initiatives.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of products, including:
  • On-pack and off-pack nutrition information approval
  • Ingredient declarations and claims substantiation
  • Verification of approved ingredient usage
  • Product registration and packaging compliance
  • Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure product and labeling compliance
  • Support regulatory strategy for new product launches, reformulations, and packaging updates
  • Monitor and assess food regulations impacting company products
  • Conduct horizon scanning of emerging science and regulations reputed company to health, nutrition, food safety, and sustainability
  • Establish and maintain scientific networks to support regulatory strategy
  • Manage scientific research programs reputed company with health, nutrition, and sustainability objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a reputed company scientific field
  • 1–2 years of regulatory experience (required)
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience in a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or home products (required)
  • Direct food regulatory experience (preferred)
  • Exposure to global regulatory frameworks (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with regulatory databases or compliance management systems (preferred)
