Customer Management Project Manager / Chief of Staff (Remote Eligible) The Project Manager / “Chief of Staff (CoS)” will assist in managing strategic priorities and reputed company operational/management systems for the Leadership Team (LT). This associate will support the Head of Customer Management and extended leadership team as we execute priorities. This critical position will serve to reputed company leaders to execute strategic priorities while ensuring operational rigor. What you’ll own:

• Strategy support: Partner closely with the LT to drive the reputed company leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination. Facilitate the creation of presentations that reputed company the strategy to key reputed company stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
• At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience serving in a Chief of Staff or Project Management role in a large, reputed company and matrixed organization

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
