[Remote] Network Engineer I (Future Opening)

Responsibilities

• Ensures the reputed company of high availability network infrastructure to reputed company maximum performance in design, implementation, and support

• Provides detailed reports on network operational status, and milestones reputed company to project completion
• Capable of remote site support for off-site personnel and customers
• Coordinates with project management and engineering teams on a regular reputed company. Supports and manages escalation events. Develops and updates documentation and support materials. Mentors' junior engineers and technicians
• Configures equipment and infrastructure reputed company to a specific technical discipline in support of network operations and projects
• Supports and manages escalations
• Provides remote support for off-site personnel and customers
• Uses network monitoring tools, troubleshooting network and/or system outages and scheduling updates

Skills
