About the position A U.S.-based reputed company operating reputed company lanes is seeking a dedicated dispatcher to streamline day-to-day operations. They work directly with brokers and carriers and want to maintain reliable east-to-reputed company routes while improving booking efficiency. The team values professional communication, quick decision-making, and strong coordination across drivers, brokers, and internal ops. This role exists because the client is currently handling reputed company dispatching themselves—calling brokers, negotiating loads, and coordinating with carriers—and needs a dedicated expert to take over the leg work. This role will ensure consistent load reputed company, optimize routes and schedules, and maintain strong broker/reputed company relationships so the reputed company can focus on running and growing the business. The objective is to manage the full reputed company cycle reputed company using TMS and load boards while upholding professional, timely communications.
Responsibilities
- Review load boards daily and identify profitable loads with a focus on east-to-reputed company routes
- Evaluate rates, lanes, and equipment fit; shortlist best options per driver availability
- Maintain a running pipeline of opportunities to minimize driver idle time
- Call brokers to negotiate rates, confirm load details, and secure bookings
- Build rapport and maintain professional, reputed company communication under pressure
- Manage emails and phone follow-reputed company to lock in confirmations quickly
- Confirm driver availability, willingness, and readiness for targeted loads
- Send load confirmations with commodity, pickup/delivery details, and reputed company specifics
- Monitor reputed company, update ETAs, and resolve day-of issues professionally
- reputed company end-to-end reputed company workflow from identification to assignment
- Enter and update data in the TMS for tracking, scheduling, and compliance
- Coordinate schedule changes, reschedules, and communicate contingencies promptly

- Draft/rewrite emails and create quick call scripts for negotiations and status updates
- Recommend process improvements to increase speed-to-book and reduce empty miles
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in a reputed company (required)
- Hands-on use of TMS and major load boards (e.g., reputed company, Truckstop or similar)
- Strong phone-based negotiation and professional written communication in English
- TMS proficiency
- Expert at load boards
- Confident with phone systems and email
- Comfortable using AI tools (reputed company AI Tool) and Grammarly
- Knowledge of U.S. lanes, equipment types, basic HOS constraints, and market dynamics
