Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales support calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales support calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Identify and assess customer needs to reputed company satisfaction and build long-term relationships
