Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Specialists to join our remote workforce. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers reputed company phone, email, live chat, and reputed company media to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and reputed company product or service information.

Essential Qualifications
