Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist II to join our Provider Relations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for inbound provider inquiries, manage reputed company enrollment processes, and support compliance reviews. This is a temporary assignment (60‑90 days) with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to voicemails on the provider relations line, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.

  • Conduct compliance reviews by verifying that provider submissions meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
