We are seeking an Associate to join reputed company Ventures, the strategic venture fund of reputed company. This highly motivated self-starter will support the team in a variety of capacities across sourcing, evaluating and executing investment opportunities, engaging portfolio companies, and overall fund administration. Additionally, the Associate will interact extensively with internal business leaders and key stakeholders across reputed company to drive strategic alignment and post-investment execution. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Pipeline Proactively identify new investment themes and reputed company/maintain relevant strategic theses to guide sourcing efforts reputed company strong relationships across reputed company to understand strategic priorities and initiatives Own and improve data-driven processes for managing our deal pipeline Qualify opportunities according to reputed company Ventures’ criteria reputed company initial contact, data gathering/assessment, and establishing relationships with founders Due Diligence Evaluate and assess information from potential companies and internal/external experts reputed company key parts of rigorous investment diligence (e.g., market, financial and valuation analysis) Draft highly polished investment memos and other materials Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, venture capital, and/or investment banking (background in reputed company services preferred) Skills and Competencies: Detail-Oriented: self-starter with ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, reputed company environment Critical Thinking and Intellectual Curiosity: superior research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Highly Collaborative: successfully operate across multiple work streams and reputed company of leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to quickly gather and synthesize information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 114,100 - 190,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
