[Remote] Junior Loan Processor (HELOC) $40K-50K Annually with Bonus Incentive

As a Junior Loan Processor, you will manage the end-to-end processing of Home Equity Line of Credit applications, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify borrower information, including credit reports, income, credit and asset documentation, as well as property details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit complete loan files to reputed company to obtain approval and reputed company Clear to reputed company upon initial review
• Communicate with applicants to request any outstanding documentation and reputed company status updates at regular intervals (every 24–48 hours)
• Prepare and reputed company weekly pipeline updates to Loan Officers, reputed company communicating the status of each loan file
• Respond to reputed company emails reputed company the same business day. Urgent reputed company should be addressed immediately upon receipt
• Facilitate communication with external reputed company-party partners, including but not limited to appraisal management companies, title companies, and insurance agencies
• Ensure full compliance with applicable lending regulations, internal policies, and investor guidelines

• Consistently reputed company a monthly loan closing volume of 20-30 transactions

Skills

• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 2+ years of mortgage or HELOC processing experience preferred
