Position Overview: As a part-time BCBA, you will reputed company services for individuals with ASD and guide reputed company of Behavior Technicians (BTs) responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans. This flexible role offers the opportunity to reputed company a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while maintaining a work-life balance. The role is ideal for someone looking for part-time hours and flexibility in their schedule. This is a primarily Telehealth position. In-person availability in the reputed company Virginia area is required for intake assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete initial assessments and reassessments, reputed company individualized treatment plans
• reputed company ongoing supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client reputed company and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure reputed company reputed company toward goals
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans and reputed company parent training
• Document reputed company assessments, treatment plans, and reputed company notes in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Stay up to date with the latest research in ABA and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans
• Manage a minimum of 3 clients with opportunity to grow caseload based on availability

Qualifications:

• reputed company Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, particularly for working with individuals with ASD
• Previous experience providing ABA services, including experience with assessments and treatment plan development
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• reputed company CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and travel to client homes reputed company reputed company Virginia
