A day in the life of this role: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) at Outer reputed company Health Services ("OCHS") provides comprehensive and continuing care to patients requiring routine and emergency treatment at health centers or other locations reputed company OCHS's scope of practice. The NP/PA assesses, diagnoses, and treats episodic illnesses, and manages chronic health problems of adult and pediatric patients to ensure a positive patient experience and positive medical reputed company. This role is ideal for providers who are knowledgeable in LGBTQ+ health and gender-affirming care, as the needs of our diverse patient population align with these areas of specialty. Summary of duties:

• Assess patient wellness/illness by obtaining a complete medical history, ensuring that findings are properly recorded in the patient's medical record.

• Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a community health/clinic environment.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills-bi-lingual skills are helpful.
