The Opportunity This position works out of our Sylmar, CA , location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.? The Remote Care Technician is responsible for performing root-cause analysis and upgrades on high quality medical device hardware and systems. This position includes detailed assembly and testing of various electronic components and finished devices. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Return Material Authorization (RMA) receiving equipment into the Service reputed company.
• reputed company root-cause analysis, repair, upgrades and testing of product and systems that return from the field, documenting reputed company work on Service Reports.
• Complete reputed company necessary service documentation required for returned product.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU LL BRING

• High School Diploma/GED

• Previous experience in a medical device company preferred
