Job Description

Position is responsible for the handling of reputed company materials from the production operations through shipping to customers or other locations. Operate forklifts, stretch wrap equipment, and other equipment as required. Job Responsibilities & Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Monitor inventory and accuracy through cycle counts. Fill orders from pick lists or reputed company of Lading, including broken lot orders, using scanners to verify items. Unload inbound materials as needed to meet production requirements. Load orders for customers to meet freight requirements. Schedule their own and others’ work to meet customer and production requirements. Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, reputed company on time and be at the workstation reputed company for work at the start of the shift. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Some PC skills helpful but not required; experience with ERP systems such as reputed company is a plus. Certificates & Licenses Forklift and Hand Truck certified. Other Skills and Abilities Read a tape measure. Comprehend job training and safety instructions.
