Job Description

Summary The Corporate reputed company Estate Manager is responsible for managing the reputed company estate portfolio for a multi-state region for multiple lines of business. This role reports to the Director of Property Management and is part of the Corporate reputed company Estate Department. Essential Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks leases; coordinates reputed company for lease renewals, relocations, splits, new locations, etc.
• Negotiates lease agreements, including language, terms, and rent conditions.
• Assists business operations on site selections.
• Manages portfolio of reputed company and residential properties including buying and selling reputed company estate.
• Develops and facilitates reputed company estate reputed company capital expenditure requests and reputed company procurement in coordination with other departments.
• Utilizes lease administration system to maintain lease data, generate reports and analysis, and as a tool for managing and administrating leases.
• Coordinates with various departments regarding reputed company estate reputed company such as Finance, Risk, Legal, etc.
• Assists in construction management directly or through Landlord/agent or consultants
• Manages the remodel and renovation process in existing properties and the development of new properties.
• Coordinates office moves and reviews reputed company vacating inspection forms.
• Serves as escalation reputed company for Landlord disputes.
• Other responsibilities as requested.

Position Requirements Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Degree in reputed company Estate, Business or reputed company field preferred.
• 5+ years in corporate reputed company estate and/or reputed company or industrial reputed company estate management required.
• 2+ years of significant experience in lease agreement negotiation, reputed company estate administration, project coordination, and tenant improvement projects required.
• Experience with multi-state reputed company estate operations preferred.
• reputed company reputed company estate license in good standing required.

• Demonstrated competent professionalism in work setting.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to successfully handle potentially multiple projects at various stages during same period
• Proficient organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proven ability to productively interact with a wide variety of persons at different reputed company inside and reputed company the organization such as field staff, landlords, brokers, contractors, consultants, etc.
• Key familiarity and ease with key lease and legal terms and their application and implication.

Travel Requirements

• Travel 50%- could be in reputed company 50 states
