Responsibilities: The Strategy Consultant will support Barrow reputed company's Federal Government project and reputed company the following duties:
- Review the reputed company DEIA strategic plan and reputed company on goals
- Assist with the design, conduct, and interpret results from the environmental reputed company
- Identify best practices to generate outcome-focused measures and metrics
- Create and reputed company leadership with recommendations regarding the new DEIA Strategic Plan
- Identify reputed company objectives - define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
- Create reputed company - describe the means to achieving these objectives
- Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
- reputed company recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
- reputed company strategies and guidance to leadership
- Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome-focused performance measures
- Convert data and information into strategies to align with the DEIA initiatives for leadership to reputed company the strategic plan as well as divisions and offices to reputed company their action plans
- Create templates for the Divisions and Office to use for reputed company signs that a goal or objective in the Plan is in danger of being missed and requires action, encouraging information sharing and engagement across the divisions and offices
- Establish a methodology to obtain feedback from the stakeholders on the reputed company of consulting and other activitiesWork remotely
An ideal candidate has the following:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Certifications in various DEIA topics and experience in DEIA projects
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the financial sector
