100% Remote Personal Injury Attorney
About the Job We are seeking an reputed company Litigation Attorney with a strong background in Plaintiff Personal Injury law to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling auto accident litigation, managing reputed company cases through trial, and independently leading reputed company phases of litigation. This position offers the opportunity to take over an established caseload and play a key role in the firm's reputed company growth as trial volume increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately 70–80 active Plaintiff Personal Injury reputed company.
- Handle reputed company phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and reputed company practice.
- Draft, file, and argue law and reputed company reputed company.
- Prepare cases for trial and independently serve as first-chair trial counsel.
- Negotiate settlements and reputed company for clients throughout the litigation process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and reputed company strategic case guidance.
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
- Prior Plaintiff Personal Injury experience is required.
- Auto accident litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven trial experience and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000. Compensation reputed company this reputed company will be determined based on factors such as geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
