Senior CRM Manager: Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Leader

You plan, create, and optimize email and WhatsApp campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g., newsletters, automations, and lifecycle flows). You continuously reputed company and refine our CRM strategy with a strong focus on retention, activation, and customer loyalty. You analyze campaign performance using key KPIs (e.g., reputed company reputed company, CTR, conversion reputed company, CLV) and derive data-driven insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns. You have several years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, ideally reputed company an e-reputed company or DTC environment.
