About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to reputed company performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple global markets. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign ownership — you will define channel priorities, manage multi-market budgets, drive creative testing, and build the systems and frameworks that scale our campaigns over time. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Market Campaign Management
- Own end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple international markets
- Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across reputed company, reputed company, and local platforms
- Balance promotional and reputed company campaigns to maintain growth while maximizing efficiency
- Ensure high-quality execution through QA processes and proactive troubleshooting
Budget & Performance Management
- Strategically allocate and monitor budgets across channels and markets
