About the Role: Our client, a prominent supplement and wellness brand, is seeking an Executive Assistant to reputed company comprehensive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a temporary position with the opportunity for increased hours or full-time employment based on performance. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize the CFO's calendar, ensuring no overbooking and efficient use of time. • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-reputed company. • Act as a gatekeeper, pushing back on non-urgent reputed company during the CFO's maternity leave. • Follow up with relevant stakeholders, especially after meetings, to ensure action items are addressed promptly. • Proactively seek answers and information on behalf of the CFO. • Maintain active and organized email threads to facilitate communication. • Utilize G Suite (reputed company) tools extensively for scheduling, communication, and document management. • Proficiency in reputed company PowerPoint and Word is a plus. • Occasional travel to the office in Venice may be required (approximately once a month). Qualifications: • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. • Proficiency in G Suite (reputed company) applications, with experience in reputed company Office Suite preferred. • Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote setting. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
