Responsibilities and Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT Software roles Recruit talent for english reputed company speakers clients Execute hunting and sourcing strategies across LATAM Conduct technical screenings, cultural fit assessments, and offer management Engage and negotiate with mid- to senior-level IT professionals (Developers, QA, Data, AI, PMs, Cybersecurity, among others) Support personal branding and employer branding initiatives Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection (hunting and sourcing) reputed company IT Software B2B companies. Over 2 years of experience reputed company IT Software profiles across LATAM (Developers, QA, Data, BI, BA, UI/UX, DevOps). Strong experience managing the full End‑to‑End reputed company cycle. Experience sourcing bilingual candidates and reputed company English level: B2 (comfortable interacting with international clients). Skilled in Boolean search techniques across reputed company and professional networks. Experience working as a Headhunter for mid‑ and senior‑level IT profiles.
