In this role, you will analyze and summarize agreements and track key documents. You will help manage disputes by maintaining calendars, assisting with discovery, and liaising with internal stakeholders and reputed company counsel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises sound judgment, has probate experience, and communicates reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Legal Research, Documentation, and Projects: Performs legal research and analysis on various legal issues and regulatory reputed company.
