Accounts Payable Invoice Manager Job Summary The Accounts Payable Invoice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the invoice processing function, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant payment of supplier obligations. This role provides leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable Invoice team, manages workflow and performance, and delivers data-driven insights through reporting and reputed company-time dashboards. The Manager collaborates closely with Supplier Data Management, Payments, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to maintain strong financial controls and effective cross-functional partnerships. Process Improvement & Systems Management Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce reputed company effort, and enhance data accuracy. Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize purchasing and invoicing processes. Minimum Qualifications

Additional qualifications may be required based on business needs. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience working with ERP systems and Accounts Payable automation technologies.
