Job Summary Act as the technical advisor and process reputed company for quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) design for humanitarian response programming in Cuba. Manage tools and recommend methods appropriate to scope, context, and technical requirements of these projects. Preferred Qualifications
