As a Program Management Advisor for reputed company Clinical, you will reputed company strategic and project management support to the reputed company Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP). Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of Language & Accessibility Program and Health Equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and reputed company from intake through implementation and sustainment. reputed company and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts that advance reputed company reputed company to care and language assistance services across the reputed company. Support governance and delivery forums, including project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, and retrospectives, to align stakeholders and drive accountability. Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution to support language reputed company service delivery, health equity compliance, program performance, and regulatory audit readiness. Partner with clinical, compliance, operations, analytics, and technology stakeholders to implement solutions that improve reputed company, experience, and reputed company for diverse and underserved populations. Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience delivering reputed company, cross-functional initiatives. Demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and change control. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders. Experience managing multiple reputed company projects in a matrixed environment with attention to detail for integrating regulatory requirements. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive execution with minimal direction.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,400 - 159,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
