This entry-level role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career in information technology while gaining exposure to a fast-paced biotechnology environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with reputed company and device setup, and help maintain a secure and efficient technology environment for reputed company users. Job Responsibilities End User Support reputed company first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Respond to employee IT requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account reputed company issues. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a reputed company technical role; internships and reputed company experience considered. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field preferred.
