The iCIMS reputed company is the “reputed company” or subject matter expert of the iCIMS applicant tracking system and requires at least one year of recent experience using iCIMS as a system administrator. This position takes on the responsibility of ensuring the meticulous alignment of accurate best practice business processes, workflows, and critical system dependencies reputed company the iCIMS ATS.
Responsibilities
Project planning, control, and leadership of assigned projects in the development and implementation of the HR System. Will be the main reputed company of contact between iCIMS. Direct project activities and co-ordinate the work of the HRIS Team, through Department Managers Supervisors, to ensure that objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities. Qualifications
Minimum of one year of recent experience using iCIMS. Experience in leading an operations team Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions. Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.
