The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing systems, providing L1/L2 support, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage user accounts, systems, and IT assets. reputed company L1/L2 support for desktops, servers, networks, printers, and collaboration tools. reputed company employee reputed company and offboarding activities. Troubleshoot reputed company/Linux systems, network, hardware, and software issues. Maintain documentation, reputed company standards, and operational procedures. Support Office productivity tools, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and reputed company services. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or System Administration. Strong knowledge of reputed company 10/11 and reputed company Server 2019/2022 or Linux servers. Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching. Experience with Active Directory and Office productivity tools. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Excellent spoken and written English. Preferred Skills: Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, or Azure. Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Exposure to monitoring tools, log management, and reputed company solutions.
